In accordance with the relevant privatization program and the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency on the attraction of a privatization Consultant for the sale of 51 percent shares in the authorized capital of JSC "Dori-Darmon", the following is declared.

During the selection processes, 8 proposals were received from professional organizations, including the form of a consortium, and considered their financial proposals, experience in this area, qualifications and approaches to the performance of relevant tasks.

In turn, the participation of local consulting companies in this process along with the foreign professional consultants also indicates that the competitive environment in this area is growing, as well as the number of consulting companies with high potential in the local market is increasing.

Accordingly, Portfolio Investments and Gemstone Capital consortium companies was recognized as the winner of the competition as a consultant on privatization.
