Popularisation of the electronic trading platform "E-auksion" among the population, especially among entrepreneurs, provision of information about the platform's capabilities, assets and property rights for which auctions are held is of great importance nowadays. In order to fulfil this task, the JSC "Organisation of Electronic Online Auctions" holds promotional seminars in all regions.
This promotional work was carried out in co-operation with the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports and the Agency for Mahallabai Work and Entrepreneurship Development under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations.
Initially a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between the Company and the partner organisations, and they agreed to provide comprehensive assistance in carrying out the promotion.
Within the framework of co-operation, more than 9 thousand youth leaders active in mahalla gatherings of citizens participated in promotion seminars held in all regions of the republic in November of the current year. At the seminars knowledge and skills of youth leaders in makhallas were improved in such spheres as organisation of youth industrial zones by providing entrepreneurs, especially youth, with state property objects on lease rights, farming, as well as leasing of agricultural land plots to physical and legal persons, about privileges and other opportunities provided to youth included in the "Youth Notebook" and the list of labour migrants who returned from abroad.
Also in October of the current year, the Company's specialists organised training seminars for 9,444 assistants of khokims working in districts and cities of the regions within the framework of cooperation with the Agency for Makhallabai Work and Entrepreneurship Development. They were provided with information on state assets, state real estate objects for lease, land plots for entrepreneurial and town-planning activities put up for auction on the "E-auksion" electronic trading platform, as well as the procedure for obtaining land plots for agricultural activities and the procedure for issuing electronic digital signature keys.
In addition, 10,000 copies of guidelines on the use of the platform were printed out for assistants of khokims and distributed to the regions through the Agency, and the guidelines were delivered electronically to youth leaders through the Ministry.
