On October 4, 2022 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted Decree No. 564 "On introduction of amendments and additions to some decrees of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at improving the system of public services on assignment of categories to appraisers".
This Decree introduced amendments and additions to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 799 dated September 24, 2019 "On approval of administrative regulations on provision of state services on assignment of categories to appraisers".
Accordingly, it is established that the assignment of categories to appraisers will be carried out entirely through the Centers of State Services or the Unified Portal of Interactive State Services (https://my.gov.uz/uz/service/663).
In the process of reviewing applications submitted by appraisers for assignment of categories, the UzSAMA has introduced a system of requesting the necessary information about applicants through electronic information exchange using the cross-agency information system of the E-government.
At the same time, all information related to the categorization of appraisers will also be stored in the "Unified Information Platform of appraisal activities" of the UzSAMA.
