"UzAssets Investment Company” JSC under the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces the extension of the deadline for submission of applications for the purchase of a 64.08% stake in the authorized capital of JSC “Qo'qon Mexanika Zavodi”, set in the Announcement dated October 20, 2021 until 18:00 of December 24, 2021 by Tashkent time.
This extension is aimed at ensuring a more transparent and competitive sale process, as well as providing Bidders with further opportunities to participate in the process.
