The first and second stages of the sales process for the state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprise branches announced for public auction have been completed and the relevant decision of the State Tender Commission has been made.

According to the decision:

I. List of applicants, who have passed to the second stage of the sales process has been approved.

From the applicants, who have passed to the second stage of sales process , till December 27, 2022, 18:00 (Tashkent time) will be accepted commercial proposals (on purchase price, term of payment and ability to pay) through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion".

All applicants who have participated in the first stage of the sales process for these state assets will be given a separate formal notices by the Working Body.

II. After reviewing the proposals of the applicants who participated in the second stage of the sales process, it was determined to hold additional negotiations for the applicants to provide other documents confirming their ability to pay, as well as to improve the price proposal.

III. Uchkuprik Galla Cluster LLC, which submitted the best commercial proposal for Bekobod affiliate of Akhangaron Don JSC, was recognized as the winner of the bidding under the condition to pay the purchase price of 25.0 billion UZS.

In its turn, Uchkuprik Galla Cluster LLC undertakes to maintain the main activity of the asset for at least five years, not to reduce the existing capacities for the storage of grain, as well as keep the volume of grain stored for the state reserve, for the payment of remuneration on the basis of the contracts.

IV. It has been decided to continue the sales of the state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of the grain enterprise branches on which the proposals have not been received according to the results of the first and the second stages and accordingly no auction has been held, coordinating the activity together with the territorial administrations.
