In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 11, 2021 No. PD-6167 “On measures to further accelerate the processes of privatization of state assets”, “UzAssets” investment company under the State Assets Management Agency announces its intention to sell a share in the authorized capital of JSC "Urta Osiyo Trans" in the amount of 51 percent, through a competitive sale process.
The sale is organized on a competitive basis, open to all interested parties. The process will consist of receiving proposals from the participants, following which the negotiation process will begin with several participants. The deadline for submitting the Expressions of Interest and related documents is no later than 18:00 Tashkent time on June 24, 2022.
