In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 16 of this year. № PD-14 "On measures to regulate the activities of cotton and textile clusters" approved a reduction in annual rental rates for sewing and textile complexes "Baraka Chevarlari", the annual lease rate from 10% to 2%, as well as the payment terms were extended from 5 to 10 years.
In accordance with the requirements of the Decree, the following plans will be done:
on the new terms, additional agreements will be concluded on 83 sewing and textile complexes sold under a lease agreement will be signed;
Four sewing and textile complexes will be withdrawn from the auction and, under new conditions, will be put up for re-auction through the electronic trading platform “E-auksion” (“Electronic auction”);
The three unfinished complexes will be put up for sale through E-auksion on new terms with the market price determined in due course.
Entrepreneurs and businessmen who have purchased sewing and textile complexes on the basis of existing agreements and who wish to purchase complexes on new leasing terms are invited to contact Baraka Pakhta Tex LLC.
