In accordance with the relevant decision of the Administrative Council of the Tashkent City International Business Center, a modern recreation park (hereinafter – the Object) in the territory of the Tashkent City International Business Center, located in Shayhantahur district of Tashkent, is planned to be sold an open sale at an estimated cost of a modern recreation park (hereinafter – the Asset).
According to the relevant decision of the State Tender Commission, a professional organization to be involved to develop a "Master Plan" for the privatization and future maintenance (operation) of the Asset.
Accordingly, the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter – the Customer) announces a tender for the selection of a professional organization to develop a ”Master plan” for further privatization and maintenance (operation) of the modern leisure and recreation park in the territory of the International Business Center in"Tashkent city".
The proposed procedures and requirements for the privatization and maintenance (exploitation) of the Asset in the Master plan must be developed in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the field and individual characteristics of the Asset.
The professional company develops the "Master plan" and provides all the necessary services. The Customer with this announcement specifies the requirements for the professional company and the Master plan, as well as the structure of his proposal, together with preliminary proposal evaluation order.

Structure of prelimenary proposals and requirements:
The professional company's proposal should include:
a) description of the Asset;
b) the effective management of the Asset in the future, the preservation of jobs created, as well as trees and shrubs must not but cut and capital construction work on the site must not be carried out:
privatization requirements of the Asset for buyers (investors);
conditions and forms of the Asset privatization;
requirements for selection of potential buyers;
a detailed description of the “Master Plan” on possible issues before and after privatization, their causes and solutions, as well as reasonable recommendations of the professional company on the organization of work (up to 40 points);
c) the service fee offers. In which, the amount of service charge depends on the strategy of the proposed “Master plan”. The amount of wages and other current expenses must be clearly indicated (up to 40 points);
d)information on similar experience of the professional company in such services (up to 10 points);
e) proposal for the organization of work from the point of view of the development of the"Master plan". Information about the team participating in the proposed competition, names (names) of persons (physical and legal) and information about them: work experience and duration of activities in this field (up to 10 points);
f) written application on the availability of adequate authority, as well as human, time, material resources for the performance of the specified tasks.

Work on the “Master plan” is carried out in cooperation with representatives of the professional company, if necessary, with a visit to site.
The period of development of the"Master plan" is determined with the Customer agreement.
The Customer may at any time stop the selection process without taking any obligation at his discretion.
