In order to fulfill the requirements of the "Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the conduct of qualification exams for realtors and the issuance of a qualification certificate" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 23, 2020 No. 805, and on the basis of the State Assets Management Agency director’s order dated September 23, 2021 No. 187 on November 23-24 of this year, the territorial offices of UzSAMA held qualification exams for realtors to obtain a qualification certificate and its extension.
57 individuals sent their applications for participation in exam. The exam lasted 45 minutes and included 75 questions. According to the test results, 33 people passed the qualification exam. 11 people did not pass. And 13 did not come to the exam at all.
