As previously reported, public sales of state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches are continuing.
It is worth mentioning that for 17 state shares in grain enterprises and 7 property complexes of grain enterprises' branches, which were put up for public sales on April 14 of this year, at the first stage of the sales 5 of them received a sufficient number of proposals from applicants to participate in the sales.
Since the following state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches were not offered in a sufficient number of proposals to continue the sales process, and the competitive environment was not ensured, these assets are put up for repeated sales.
In turn, it should be noted that when considering price offers for the state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches, taken into account by the State Privatization Commission as a benchmark, a mechanism of gradual reduction of the recommended appraised value up to 50% has been introduced.
Also, the recommended appraised value of these assets was considered to be reduced by 50%.
The state share in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches to be put up for repeated sales.
Proposals from applicants will be accepted until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on May 3, 2024.
