The Asian Development Bank would like to congratulate the Government of Uzbekistan in adoption of the Law “On privatization of state property”.
The Law establishes transparent and accountable process to attract private sector investments and boost economic growth.
The Asian Development Bank has been a valuable partner in this reform.
Through our technical assistance projects, we supported drafting of the law by providing analytical expertise as well as capacity building on best practices in implementation of the privatization process.
We are looking forward to continuing our support to Uzbekistan on its path to sustainable and inclusive development.
